NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING UPON THE PRELIMINARY BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF PAVILION
Notice is hereby given, that the Preliminary budget for the Town of Pavilion for the fiscal year beginning January 01, 2023, has been completed and filed in the office of the Pavilion Town Clerk at One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York, where it is available for inspection during regular office hours.
Further notice is hereby given, that the Town Board of the Town of Pavilion, New York, will meet and review said Preliminary budget and hold a public hearing thereon at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, NY, at 7:30 PM on the 8tnd day of November, 2023 and at such hearing any person may be heard in favor or against any item contained therein.
Pursuant to Section 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following elected officials are hereby specified as follows:
Supervisor $20,000.00
Councilman (4) $3,800.00 (each)
Highway Superintendent $73,000.00
Justice (2) $18,360.00
Town Clerk $19,055.00
