The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held the Regular Board meeting on May 8, 2024 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm Present were:
Supervisor James Thater
Councilperson John Rudgers Absent
Councilperson Donald Oberlin
Councilperson Dean Davis
Councilperson Kenneth Steinmetz
Others: Cindy Starr, James Cleveland, Bryan Smart, Charles Sherman, Stacy Halsted, Avis Jensen, Richard Slimack & George Jinks.
Following pledge to the Flag, Supervisor Thater opened the meeting at 7:00PM.

*Monday, May 13, 2024 will be the start of the Town parking lot and One Woodrow Drive project, road and parking lot will be closed
*Pavilion Center Rd is closed due to the culvert pipe washout.

Supervisor Thater offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Davis
Resolution No 44, 2024: Appoint Deputy Town Clerk
RESOLVED: Appoint Stacy Halsted as Deputy Town Clerk.

Resolution No 45, 2024: Set Public Hearing Date for Local Law #1 2024 Dog Control
RESOLVED: Set Public Hearing date of June 12, 2024 @ 7:00 amending Local Law #2 of 2010 Dog Control Law.

Resolution No 46, 2024: Hollwedel Memorial Library snow removal
RESOLVED: Prepare snow removal only contract for the Hollwedel Memorial Library in the amount of $1000.00 for the 2024-2025 snow plowing season.

Approve April 2024 operating statement, bank reconciliation & clerk report.
