GENESEE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Pavilion, Genesee County, New York, will meet at the Town Hall, in Pavilion, New York, in said Town, on October 9, 2024, at 7:00 o’clock P.M. Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing upon a certain map, plan, and report including an amended estimate of cost prepared in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of Sewer District No. 1 in the Town of Pavilion, Genesee County, including pump station, filter system, ultra-violet disinfection system and original furnishings, equipment, machinery, apparatus, appurtenances, and incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith. The new maximum estimated cost of the aforesaid increase and improvement of the facilities of Sewer District No. 1 in the Town is $950,000, consisting of an increase of $209,000.

Said capital project has been determined to be a “Type I Action” pursuant to the regulations of the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation promulgated pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act, which is has been determined will not have any significant adverse impacts on the environment. SEQRA compliance materials are on file in the office of the Town Clerk where they may be inspected during regular office hours. 

At said public hearing said Town Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.
