Job Title: Deputy Town Clerk

Job Summary:
The Town of Pavilion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Deputy Town Clerk. This part-time role involves supporting the Town Clerk in various administrative tasks and assisting in the efficient functioning of the Town Clerk’s office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Town Clerk in maintaining accurate records and files.
- Provide excellent customer service to town residents and visitors.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of official documents, notices, and meeting agendas.
- Process and record various permits and licenses.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with up to 8 hours of work per week. The working hours may be flexible but will generally fall within standard business hours. The Deputy Town Clerk may occasionally be required to attend evening meetings.
