Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Pavilion Planning Board regarding an application for an amendment on a parcel located at 10156 Perry Rd. in the Town of Pavilion, NY. Tax Map # 5.-1-20.2.
Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Pavilion Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion NY 14525 at 7:00 pm at which time all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be accepted prior to that date. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Hall for review.
