Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Pavilion Planning Board regarding an application by HarGo Farms, LLC for a Special Use Permit and Site Plan Review to convert former church into 4 new apartments on a parcel of land located at 6932 Cato St. in the Town of Pavilion NY. Tax Map #16.-1-54.2.
Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at the Pavilion Town Hall, 1 Woodrow Dr, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:05 pm at which me all interested persons will be heard. Written comments will be accepted prior to that day. A copy of the application is on file at the Town Hall for review.
