The Pledge of Allegiance opened the meeting at 7pm led by Scott Savidge
Motion to approve the minutes from 1/15/25 by Tim Welch, seconded by Don Brooks. Carried unanimously (8 votes)
Public Hearing opened at 7:01–Application from Hargo Farms LLC for a Special Use permit- for 6982 Cato St-4 new apartments.
Scott Savidge gave an overview of the intended project. SEQR Parts I and II -determination of no significance. Discussion between the Applicants and Board Members on concerns, regarding the property line of north side property. The front door(North Side access) opens up onto Town Property. Front Steps are not on that lot. This could potentially be a liability issue. At the time of this meeting, The Board has not heard back from the Town and/or Client Attorneys. Legal Ramifications with the stoop need to be rectified before a building permit is issued. After a lengthy discussion on the issue, it was decided to call a vote with a contingency.
Motion to close Public Hearing at 7:38 by Scott Savidge, seconded by Gary Kingsley.
Motion to approve Special Use Permit subject to meeting all applicable codes in a mutual agreement between the attorneys in regards to the Northern access, maintenance, liability and future modifications. by Scott Savidge and seconded by Tim Welch.

Motion to adjourn the meeting by Tim Welch, seconded by Don Brooks at 7:42; carried unanimously (8 votes).
