REGULAR MEETING

TOWN OF PAVILION at 7:00 P.M.
The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held the Regular Board meeting on January 10, 2024 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm Present were:

Councilperson John Rudgers
Councilperson Donald Oberlin
Councilperson Dean Davis
Councilperson Kenneth Steinmetz
Others : Cindy Starr, James Cleveland, Marcia White, Scott Savidge, Glenn Taylor, Andres Manamon, Jessie Coots, Liz Conway and George Jinks
Following pledge to the Flag, Supervisor Thater opened the organizational meeting at 7:02PM.
At 7:12 following the close of the organizational meeting Supervisor Thater opened the regular meeting.

*Water pipes in shop are leaking need repair
*Town building needs updating

Sewer- Donald Oberlin –
*Supervisor Thater had meeting with MRB regarding sewer plant updates
Code Enforcement-Kenneth Steinmetz
*Kenneth Steinmetz will take Jim Thater place for planning board liaison.
*Waiting for paperwork for Shephard Rd solar farm.
Water -Dean Davis –
*Water District 7 has been approved

RESOLVED: Appointment of Glenn Taylor as Planning Board Member with term to expire on 12/31/2030

RESOLVED: Appointment of Andres Manamon as Alternative Planning Board Member with term to expire on 12/31/2030

Resolution No 27, 2024: Repair of water pipes
RESOLVED: Accept quote from J.L. Kingdon Mechanicals Inc. in the amount of $3,615.00 for the repair of the leaking pipes in the Town Highway Shop.

Approve Dec, 2023 operating statement, bank reconciliation & clerk report.
