The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held the Regular Board meeting on July 12, 2023 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm
Present were:

Following pledge to the Flag, Supervisor LaPoint opened the meeting at 7:00PM
Report –Highway-James Cleveland
*Asbury Rd paving done waiting for shoulders
*Junction Rd, Transit Rd & South St Rd (Rt 20 to Boyd Rd) oil & stone
*Spraying roadside will start
*Will start 2nd mowing of roadsides
*Working on Pavilion Center Rd project drawings & specs for biding
*New Holland tractor to be declared surplus
*Highway Employees to take defensive driving course

Supervisor LaPoint offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Oberlin
RESOLUTION # 64 of 2023: Declare New Holland Tractor as surplus equipment
RESOLVED: Declare New Holland Tractor as surplus equipment to be sold on Auction International.
Approved by vote (4-0). Voting was as follows:

Councilperson Oberlin offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Davis to approve the June 14, 2023 regular and public hearing meeting minutes.

Councilperson Davis offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Thaterto authorize the clerk to draw a warrant on the supervisor to pay bills. General $19,487.31, T&A $28,877.38, Sewer; $21,063.04, Highway; $133,485.37, Capital; $2,947.72, Water District #7; $280.00;
TOTAL $206,140.82
