The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held the Regular Board meeting on August 9, 2023 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm Present were:
Supervisor Robert LaPoint Absent
Councilperson John Rudgers
Councilperson Donald Oberlin
Councilperson James Thater
Councilperson Dean Davis
Others: Cindy Starr, James Cleveland, George Jinks
Following pledge to the Flag, Deputy Supervisor Thater opened the meeting at
7:00PM

Councilperson Davis offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Thater
RESOLUTION # 65 of 2023: Additional Road Work
RESOLVED: Budget additional funds for necessary road work not to exceed $50,000.00.

Councilperson Thater offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Oberlin
RESOLUTION # 66 of 2023: Assessment Agreement with Town of Batavia
RESOLVED: The Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to enter into a
contract with theTown of Batavia to provide assessment services to the Town of Pavilion for the
sum to be paid by the Town of Pavilion in the amount of $18,180.00 to the Town
of Batavia.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the Pavilion Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to execute the aforementioned agreement.

Councilperson Rudger offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Davis to authorize the clerk to draw a warrant on the supervisor to pay bills. General $13,749.46, T&A $16,292.66, Sewer; $10,500.50, Highway; $105,304.93, Capital; $Water District #7; $;
TOTAL $145,847.55

At 7:33 PM Councilperson Thater second by Councilperson Rudgers to enter into executive session for employee issue.
At 8:30 PM Councilperson Thater second by Councilperson Rudgers to Close executive session and return to regular meeting.
Councilperson Thater made a motion at 8:30PM to adjourn meeting seconded by Councilperson Rudgers Voting all ayes.
