The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held the Regular Board meeting on February 12, 2025 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm Present were:
Supervisor James Thater
Councilperson John Rudgers
Councilperson Dean Davis
Councilperson Kennth Steinmetz Absent
Others: Cindy Starr, James Cleveland, Scott & Brennan Savidge, Mark Holthaus & George Jinks.
Following pledge to the Flag, Supervisor Thater opened the organizational meeting at 7:00PM.
Reports
Highway-James Cleveland
*Update on possible new salt building
*Permission to USDA for trapping of Cherry Fly study.
*Snow-go insurance with Town of Middlebury
*Reports of no road salt shortage, there is a road salt shortage.
Highway-John Rudgers – no report
Sewer- Donald Oberlin
*Middle to late March UV Sewer Project should start, will be done in stages
Code Enforcement-Kenneth Steinmetz -no report
Water -Dean Davis
*Water District 7 working on modification of prints
* Water tank on Walker Rd is in service
Councilperson Davis offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Oberlin
Resolution No 26, 2025: 2025 Municipal Solutions Inc contract.
RESOLVED: Contract with Municipal Solutions Inc to assist with continuing disclosure filings and regulation pursuant to the rule, which supersedes any prior disclosure filing currently in place.
Approved by unanimous vote (4-0). Voting was as follows:

clerk to draw a warrant on the supervisor to pay bills. General $16,877.02, T&A $56,957.12; Sewer; $18,921.51 Highway; $21,639.81, Water $110.00.
TOTAL $114,505.46
