7:00 P.M.
The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held the Regular Board meeting on March 12, 2025 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 pm Present were:
Supervisor James Thater
Councilperson John Rudgers
Councilperson Donald Oberlin
Councilperson Dean Davis
Councilperson Kennth Steinmetz
Others: Cindy Starr, James Cleveland, Marcia White, Bryan Smart, George Jinks & Jesse & Jolene Coots.
Following pledge to the Flag, Supervisor Thater opened the organizational meeting at 7:00PM.
Highway-James Cleveland
- Salt barn is full
- Post Office needs to move Postal trucks to the park and ride area
- Delivery for truck end of April
- Need quote from Safety Kleen for oil water separator
- Refuse issues may need extra dumpster

Supervisor Thater offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Oberlin
Resolution No 27, 2025: Purchase of sewer brushes.
RESOLVED: Approve purchase of brushes for the sewer plan in the amount of $2850.00

clerk to draw a warrant on the supervisor to pay bills. General $27,325.98, T&A $38,743.06; Sewer; $12,356.37 Highway; $46,211.01, Water $4,181.00
TOTAL $128,817.42

At 7:49PM Supervisor Thater closed regular meeting and entered into executive session, property issue
At 8:14PM Supervisor Thater closed executive session and returned to regular meeting
Supervisor Thater offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Rudgers
Resolution No 28, 2025: Property Violation settlement.
RESOLVED: To proceed with Jacob Weber 2014 property violation settlement at 11256 Perry Rd Pavilion NY address.
Approved by unanimous vote (5-0). Voting was as follows:
