PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

December 29, 2025

7:00 PM

The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held a Public Hearing on December 29, 2025 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 p.m.

Purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear any person for or against Zoning Map Updates:

WHEREAS, a request for a change in zoning designation has been submitted for parcel 8.-1-35 the parcel located at 6287 Telephone Road by the Town Board of the Town of Pavilion, New York and,

WHEREAS, the requested new zoning designation of Industrial / Commercial – IC for this parcel is in conformity with the Town of Pavilion Comprehensive Plan.

Board members Present were: Supervisor James Thater

Councilperson Donald Oberlin

Councilperson Kenneth Steinmetz

Councilperson Dean Davis

Councilperson John Rudgers

At 7:05 PM Supervisor Thater made a motion to open Public Hearing regarding the proposed zoning map changes, seconded by Councilperson Davis.

Supervisor Thater opened the floor for any questions or discussion.

Code Enforcement Office Rob LaPoint gave an overview of changes.

No comments from the public were made.

Supervisor Thater offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Davis to close Public Hearing at 7:36 PM.
