PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES

November 5, 2025

7:00 PM

The Town Board of the Town of Pavilion held a Public Hearing on November 5, 2025 at the Town Hall, One Woodrow Drive, Pavilion, New York 14525 at 7:00 p.m.

Purpose of the Public Hearing is to hear any person for or against any item contained in the preliminary budget for 2026.

Present were: Supervisor James Thater

                        Councilperson John Rudgers                         

                        Councilperson Donald Oberlin

                        Councilperson Kenneth Steinmetz

Others present: Stacy Halsted, James Cleveland, Lee Brooks, Sharon Fuerett, Scot Savidge

At 7:02 PM Supervisor Thater made a motion to open Public Hearing regarding the proposed 2026 Preliminary Budget, seconded by Councilperson Steinmetz.

Supervisor Thater opened the floor for any questions or discussion.

Overview of the Tentative Budget presentation was discussed.

No comments from the public were made.

Councilperson Rudgers offered a motion, seconded by Councilperson Steinmetz close Public Hearing at 7:27 PM.
