- Public Hearing opened by Planning Board at 7:10 PM
- Discussion regarding an area variance request from Heidelberg Materials for a side setback from a required 35’ to 25’ from the back property line.
- The neighboring parcel is also owned by Heidelberg Materials

- Motion to approve minutes from 05/10/24

- Motion to grant an area variance to Heidelberg Materials for 25’ setback on the west side of the parcel with the recommendation to Heidelberg to merge the two parcels.
